Group division
The teams are divided into two groups and in the group stage all teams play three matches. After the group stage, there are playoff matches in an a and b playoff where the teams play two more matches. There will be a total of five matches/team.
Series + playoffs
In the event of a win, the team is awarded 2p
In the event of a tie, the team is awarded 1p
The matches in the group stage may end in a draw.
The playoffs are played through an a and b playoff where the teams can play two games.
First cup match and changes in game form
The cup starts at 07.45 in the morning at the earliest. For all cups, the form of the game can be changed if the number of teams becomes fewer than four per group.
Overage players
Our basic view is to play with as pure cohorts as possible. However, we know that some cohorts are numerically weak. In those cases, we recommend picking up players from below. From U14, two outfield players and a goalkeeper (one year older) are allowed to participate in each match. Seniors must not be brought to top the team.
Time-Out
Time – Out is applied in accordance with SIF’s rule book, i.e. 30 seconds Time – Out per team and match. This applies both in the group stage and in the finals.
Placement Matches – Tie after full time
In the placement matches and the final, each match must be decided. For the placement matches, penalty kicks are applied directly in the event of a tie. Each team receives three penalties each, and in the event of a tie, so-called ”sudden penalties” are applied. An individual player may take more than one penalty.
The referee draws lots to determine which team starts the shootout. Only the decisive goal is entered in the protocol. Players who are sent off at full time may not participate in the penalty shootout.
Extra time is only applied in the final
In the final, an extra time is played, five minutes according to sudden death. In extra time, the teams play with a maximum of four outfield players each, provided that none of the teams have players sent off at the end of regular time. If no goal is scored during extra time, a penalty kick is applied as above.
